Originally from England, I came to California in 1989 and have lived right here in the South Bay since then. I've been a Morgan Hill resident since 1998, and plan on staying here for many years to come. I can certainly testify to the south bay being one of the best places to live anywhere in the world ! Moving house has become second nature to me over the years; I have lived on three different continents, and have personally owned 8 different homes, including 2 investment properties since purchasing my very first home in 1980. I certainly identify with all the trials and tribulations facing homebuyers and sellers, and have particular empathy for those buying or selling a home for the first time.
